New Background

Why the new background? Well, it ("We Can Do It") has kind of been the theme around here now that my dad can't do much.

Even simple tasks either seem to overwhelm him to the point he doesn't even start them and just walks off or he gets too distracted to even get half done, like filling up the horses' water troughs or going to get something in particular for my mom. In all honesty, the most peaceful for all things we can get him to do are sit in his room (where he's covered almost ever inch of wall space with old photos that he's put in definitely not the right size frames) or sit on the bench out by the lake (which is not a bad view and gets him walking some).

Anyway, like I was saying, the new background is for the new theme ... of getting things done. Things we want to be doing, things my dad would have been doing, things we don't want to be doing (but need to get done) and even just the simple (and sometimes not so simple) task of getting through the day. We can do it!
